Afrika Safeguards Consult Ltd, a consultancy firm that provides services in environment and social safeguards management in Uganda, has today launched its website.  The website aims at creating awareness about the implementation of Environment and Social safeguards, including Environment and Social Management Plans (ESMP), Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Stakeholder Engagement Plans, among others. According to the Managing Director, Ms. Scovia Nakawuma, environment and social safeguard management is a major concern for all development partners and a key factor in determining
